Features: The cuisine is a blend of local creole with chef's Dominic style of creative imagination. The restaurant has Live Lobster to choose from when in season and serve native food you may not get elsewhere like; Cassava, breadnut, caloloo to name a few and also a good selection of wines. The Restaurant is the only seafood place located on the waterfront at Rodney Bay, uniquely nestled in a seascape of continuous boating activity. It command over 200 ft. of outdoor waterside dining space, where diners see fishes and other sea creatures at play. Eagles Inn is renowned for cooking the best fish in St. Lucia in fact the creation started in 1979 by the owner/Chef Dominic Gatineau in his 'sort after kitchen' in the fishing village of Gros Islet. His criterion for excellent seafood dining and leisurely comfort in his creatively designed indoor and outdoor environment makes dining a memorable experience for his patrons. Happy Day Bar 2.4.1 is a contiguous of Eagles Inn, where all types of drinks are serve two for the price of one (2.4.1) "All Day all the Time". The bar is No. 1 hang-out spot in Rodney Bay where one drink premiere brand dirt cheap from Cognac to lemonade. Happy Day Bar is a two time winner for "the most drinks consumption on premise", 2003 - 2004 consecutively since the Windward & Leeward Brewery Limited competition started. Plan is well on the way when Eagles Inn will offer 70 well designed suites to complement its fine seafood Restaurant. The Hotel Waterfront Resort hopes to open November 2006. Located beyond Royal St. Lucian Hotel at the end of Reduit Beach Avenue on the Waterfront is Eagles Inn. By boat first building at Marina entrance. We rent or cater for large group and wedding. |
