Tropical Web Shop Inc. is committed to safeguarding your privacy online. Tropical Web Shop Inc. does not collect any information about you other than information which you provide when you sign up for services from Tropical Web Shop Inc. • Customer Service:
If you contact Tropical Web Shop Inc. either via e-mail, or letter, we may keep a record of the correspondence.

The information we collect is used to contact you regarding our services and, to ensure that we get paid for providing services to you.
5. Who is collecting information?
Only Tropical Web Shop Inc. is collecting information while you are using our Web sites or using our services. Our Web sites may also provide links to third parties and their Web sites. We are not responsible for third party Web sites and how that Web site may handle the collection or distribution of information gathered at those sites. A cookie is a piece of data stored on the user's hard drive containing information about the user. Usage of a cookie is in no way linked to any personally identifiable information while on our site. Once the user closes their browser, the cookie simply terminates.
9. Newsletters and Subscriber communications e-mails
We may from time to time send e-mails to our Subscribers regarding our services. Also, we plan to develop a periodic electronic newsletter that we will send to all of our interested Subscribers. Out of respect for the privacy of our Subscribers, the receipt of such communications is handled on an opt-in basis.
